North Island Photography

I spent a few weeks road tripping through the North Island when we first moved to New Zealand. I really enjoyed hiking around the iconic maunga in Taranaki National Park and Tongariro National Park, the New Zealand volcanoes make for very impressive photo subjects. The Taranaki area is also home to some beautiful beaches and rock formations, likewise for the Coromandel Peninsula and ever-popular Cathedral Cove, which I have visited many times.

My love for the mountains means I can’t wait to get back to the North Island one day, to explore more of their underrated national parks and forest parks.
